A workpiece made of metal die-casting or blank. Through the punch and die on the plate, strip, pipe and profiles, such as the application of external force, resulting in die-casting deformation or separation, so as to obtain the required shape and size of the workpiece forming method, the workpiece is die casting.
The die casting is a forming method for obtaining a workpiece (die casting) of a desired shape and size by applying an external force to the plate, the strip, the pipe and the profile by a press and a die to produce a plastic deformation or separation. Die casting and forging are the same plastic processing (or pressure processing), collectively referred to as die-casting. Hardware die-casting blanks are mainly hot-rolled and cold-rolled aluminum and zinc alloys.
